IMPORTANT INFORMATION – MINI BUGGY
Before carrying out the activity, keep the following instructions in mind:
* Ensure you are 100% comfortable and fit to carry out the activity before starting the tour.
* The Mini Buggy is an adventure activity that entails risks inherent to driving and the terrain.
* Wearing a helmet and seatbelt is mandatory throughout the entire route.
* The driver must drive prudently and responsibly, following the guide's instructions.
* All participants must follow the guide's instructions throughout the tour and remain on the established route.
* Only persons over the age of 18 may drive.
Children aged 5 and up may participate as co-pilots, provided they meet the safety requirements established for the activity.
* All participants must present a valid form of identification before undertaking the activity. In the case of minors, the corresponding document must be presented.
* Participation while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or substances that may impair reaction time or driving ability is prohibited.
* The activity is subject to weather and operational conditions. For safety reasons, the tour may be modified, delayed, rescheduled, or suspended if conditions are unsuitable.
* Participants must inform Let’s Go Travel Paracas staff in advance of any medical condition, allergy, or situation that might affect their participation.
* Participants must comply with the rules and restrictions established within the Paracas National Reserve.
